Walkthrough
Watch the browser workflow, then follow the screenshot tutorial.
The walkthrough is paired with the current UI tour so viewers can map each screen to a real operator task and understand the local and self-hosted paths.
Interface Walkthrough
Use the screenshot tutorial as the current capture-backed walkthrough. The video is a public-safe companion asset and is not a slide deck standing in for the product.

Transcript
Open the local sign-in page after the app starts. Choose Start setup; no tokens or browser extensions are needed for normal review.
Use the Operations Console to import or review GTFS, check the five feed URLs, connect vehicle data, and review realtime state.
Choose connector support from local-tested paths before configuring real endpoints, credentials, or vendor payloads.
Use readiness, maintenance, and help pages to see what needs attention and who should handle the next step.
For self-hosted reference operation, a deployment owner also manages public base URLs, TLS, secrets, validator tooling, backups, monitoring, and update procedure.
Limits
The walkthrough does not show private agency data, secrets, raw logs, external portals, consumer submissions, vendor payloads, compliance proof, production readiness, SLA coverage, production AVL reliability, or ETA-quality proof.
